The Advance Cooking Institute is a hands on cooking class designed for people who want to learn how to cook, but don’t have much experience in the kitchen. The Advance Cooking Institute will teach you all of the basic skills necessary to become a great cook; from knife skills and chopping techniques to baking bread! This class will help anyone who wants to learn how to prepare simple meals at home with minimal effort using simple ingredients found around their house or local grocery store.

We will also cover some basic cooking equipment such as slow cookers, crock pots or pressure cookers so attendees can choose which method works best for them based on their needs. We believe everyone should have access to healthy food options, especially people living in poverty. So we’ll be focusing on affordable recipes that work well with limited resources available at home kitchens like yours!

The class is taught by professional chefs who have worked in restaurants for years, and are experts in their field. The Advance Cooking Institute Course Starts in September

The Advance Cooking Institute course starts in September class is designed to teach people how to make classic dishes, as well as create their own recipes. The instructors show you how to make everything from appetizers and soups to main courses and desserts and run through November. The course is 12 weeks long, with an average price of $3,500 per person. It includes a certificate of completion upon completion of the program’s core curriculum:

  • Basic cooking skills (cooking fundamentals)
  • Advanced cooking techniques (sous vide, sous-vide ovens)
  • Food safety management

The total value of this program is approximately $10k before tax credits or other subsidies are applied.
